Fixturewhips.com is the retail website for Roytec Industries, Inc for the flexible metal conduit wire assemblies (commonly called fixture whips.) Roytec Industries is located in Woodstock, Georgia (approximately 30 miles north of Atlanta, Georgia and 100 miles south of Chattanooga, Tennessee.)

Although, Roytec specializes in manufacturing custom wire assemblies and wiring harnesses for business-to-business sales, Fixturewhips.com was started to allow the end user (contractor or electrician) to buy smaller quantities of our most common flexible metal conduit wiring whip assemblies. All of the assemblies we offer are UL listed and are available in different configurations. These fixture whip assemblies are constructed of UL Listed Flexible Metal Conduit (FMC), sometimes referred to as Greenfield; UL Listed wire in either 18 gauge or 14 gauge (type THHN or TFN), and UL Listed conduit fittings used to join the conduit assembly to the electrical junction box. Typically these whip assemblies consist of six (6) feet of flexible conduit and seven (7) feet of conductor.

Most commonly, these whip assemblies are used by contractors and electricians that are wiring in new lighting fixtures or HVAC equipment. Our fixture whip assemblies are designed with the installer in mind featuring snap-in type conduit fittings for fast installation and reduced wall flexible conduit for weight and cost savings.
